Description:
     Low herbs with short rhizome. Leaves with cordate or subsagittate base. Inflorescence a raceme, terminal on the leafy shoot; each bract subtending 1 subsessile flower; bracteole minute; flowers yellow; calyx tubular, split down 1 side; corolla tube longer than calyx; lateral staminodes absent; labellum about as long as the petals, erect, narrowly spathulate, 2-lobed, basally connate with filament into a distinct tube above the insertion of the petals; filament long-exserted, curved, linear, anther crest absent, thecae basally diverging; ovary 3-locular. Capsule subglobose, dehiscence unknown; seeds with short aril. 2n = 22. (From Kubitsky, et al., p. 492)

Geographical Distribution:
     Found in N Myanmar and adjacent Thailand.

Taxonomic Diversity:
     Comprises two species.
